Study And Exploration On The Relative Causes Of Cardiac Arrhythmia After Radical Lung Cancer Operation

Background:Lung cancer is one of most seen malignant tumors at the present time and surgery is the main treatment.Arrhythmia,As the continual extention of indication of lung cancer surgury and clinical use of electrocardic monitoring,cardiac arrhythmia has been the most complication after operation and causes people's attention.However,the arrhythmia(SVT) happens at early stage of postoperation,including atrial fibrillation,ventricular premature beats,atrial premature beats,atrial flutter,supraventricular tachycardia,especially atrial fibrillation,the clinical symptom will not relax until it comes to sinus rhythm.The arrythmia can apparently increase the incidence of other complications,prolong the time in hospital,effect the clinical prognosis,and influence circulative function markedly even shock or heart arrest when in serious.Therefore,it has become one of the keypoints of modern medicine concerned to research the cause of arrhythmia after operation of lung cancer deeply and to prevent and manage.As reported,the incidence of arrhythmia after operation is 0.7%-54.3%. Aged patients,hypoxemia,right ventricular dilatation,pulmonary hypertention have been recognized as high risky factors recently.Richie et al considered the ricky factors in patients before operation should contain age,sex,location and scale of excision,diabetes,history of hypertention,use ofβ-receptor blocking agent and the corpulmonary disease,anesthetic dosage,preoperative pulmonary function and so on.It has been recognized in many studies that the manner of lung resection and clearance of lymph nodes would be the risky factors.
