Objective:To explore the correlation between related factors and arrhythmia in patients with Non-small cell lung cancer(lung cancer)and its clinical significance. Methods: Lung cancer patients admitted to the people’s hospital of xiangxi tujia and miao autonomous prefecture(the first affiliated hospital of jishou university)from December 2016 to November 2019 were selected.According to the clinic and hospital routine ecg examination whether cardiac arrhythmias in patients divided into non cardiac arrhythmias and cardiac arrhythmias group two groups, separately record of two groups of patients the relevant data such as age, gender, smoking habit, location of lung cancer, anatomical classification, histological classification, clinical staging, complications(complicated with hypertension, diabetes, pericardial effusion, etc.),relevant treatment(surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy),electrolytes, electrocardiogram, pleural effusion.Univariate chi-square test,t-test and logistic multivariate regression analysis were used(Excel 2003 and SPSS were used for data entry, collation and statistical analysis). Results: 1.The univariate regression analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the non-arrhythmia group and the arrhythmia group in terms of gender, location of lung cancer, anatomical classification, histological classification, clinical stage, diabetes mellitusof lung cancer patients(P>0.05).Age,smoking habit, electrolyte disturbance, chemotherapy, chest radiotherapy, pulmonary surgery history, combined cardiovascular disease, pleural effusion were the influencing factors for arrhythmia in lung cancer patients(P<0.05).2.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age, smoking habit, electrolyte disturbance, chemotherapy, chest radiotherapy, lung surgery, combined cardiovascular disease, pleural effusion were independent risk factors for arrhythmia in lung cancer patients(P < 0.05)Conclusions: Lung cancer and arrhythmia have a certain correlation, research shows that age, smoking habit, electrolyte disturbance, chemotherapy history, chest radiotherapy, lung surgery, combined with cardiovascular disease, pleural effusion are independent risk factors for arrhythmia in patients with lung cancer.
