Objective: To explore the etiolgical factor and risk factor.Methods: This article analyzed retrospectively the etiological factors and risks factors of cerebral stroke in 180 young adults.The distribution of risk factors (hypertension, hyperlipemia, history of TIA or cerebral stroke, drinking, family history of cerebral stroke and so on are regarded as risk factors)was observed in 180 young adults. Without other definite etiological factor, if one patient has more than two of the following risk factors of atherosclerosis,including hypertension,diabetes mellitus, TIA, coronary heart disease,hyperlipemia,smoking or/and drinking , family history.The etiological factor of cerebral stroke was considered to be atherosclerosis. Other etiological factors were diagnosed by special case history and auxiliary examination.such as CT, MRI, DSA, ultrasound and so on.Results:1.The young adult group comprised 10.5% (180/1714 (?) of patients of all ages admitted for stroke. 110 of 180(61.11%) acute young adults stroke patients were male.70 of 180(38.89%) acute young adults stroke patients were female. 136(75.56%)young patients had definite etiological factor,44(24.44%)cases had no definite etiological factors.2.99 of180(55%)were due to ischemic stroke,74 (74.75%) young patients had definite etiological factors,including atherosclerosis 53 cases(53.54%), cardiogenic cerebral embolism 10 cases(10.10%), other etiological factors (such as vasculitis etc)l 1 cases(l 1.11%), 25(25.25%) cases had no definite etiological factors. 3.81 of 180 were due to hemorrhagic stroke,62(76.54%) young patients had definite etiological factors,including hypertension30...
