Objective:To explore the etiological factors and risk factors of Cerebral stroke In Young AdultsMethods:The article collected 102 patients aged 18~45 year old with Cerebral stroke from neurology department of the second affiliated hospital of Kunming medical college during January 2007 to January 2009.all factors and risk factors were diagnosed by special case history and auxiliary examination,such as laboratory test,Ultrasound,CT,MRI and so forth.Results:1.The young adult group comprised 9.83%(102/1032 of Patients of all ages admitted for stroke).63(61.74%)acute young adults stroke patients were male,39(38.23%) Patients were female.The patients mainly were low civilization.2.excepted that 10(9.81%)cases had no definite etiological factors, 92(90.19%)young Patients had definite etiological factor,including hypertension 43(42.15%),artheroscleorsis 12cases(11.76%), cardiogenic cerebral embolism 8 cases(7.84%),intracranial blood vessel dysplasia (aneurysms,arteriovenous,malformations,disease,cavernous,angioma)12 cases and so on.3.In young adults with cerebral stroke,48 of 102(47.05%)had hypertension,40 of 102(39.21%)had history of Smoking,35 of 80(34.31%)had history of drinking,29 of 102(28.43%) suffered from hyperlipemia.18 of 102(17.64%)had Family history of cerebral stroke,8 suffered from diabetes mellitus,3 had history of oral Contraceptive medication and so on.4.Young adults stroke is a multi-risk factors evolcted diseses.Conclusions:1.The Ischemic cerebral stroke in young adults is higher than the hemorrhagic ones.And it is male predominance.2.The main etiological factor of cerebral stroke in young adults is still hypertension,atherosclerosis,cardiogenic cerebral embolism,but 10 cases were still not founded definite etiological factors.3.The main risk factors of cerebral stroke in young adults are hypertension,cerebral stroke family history,hyperlipemia,smoking drinking.4.Young adults stroke is a multivariate caused diseses. |
