Anti-tumor And The Behavior Of Tumor Metastasis Of Polysaccharides From The Undaria Pinnatifida (UPPS) On The Tumor-bearing Mice

To investigate the anti-tumor effects of polysaccharides from the Undaria Pinnatifida(UPPS) on tumor cell strains and the effects on tumor cell metastasis in Hca-f mice and the mechanism of anti-tumor activities was discussed at the same time .We generated the mouse hepatic tumor model and randomize them into groups. Control or chemicals are administrated by injection mtraperitonealy .The anti-tumor activities were observed in vivo by testing the tumor weights and the weights of spleen of Hca-F mice. The rate of anti-tumor effect and spleen index were also calculated. We also determined the effect of UPPS on the macrophage function of spleen macrophages and measured the tumor kill activity of spleen macrophages and lymphocytes. The effects of UPPS on the behavior of tumor metastasis were observed in the pulmonary metastasis spontaneous. MTT were applied to study the anti-tumor activities of UPPS to HepG-2,HL-60 and Hela cell strains in vitro . The induction of tumor cell apoptosis of UPPS could be detected by Flow cytometer detection, immunity histochemistry technology.
