Objective:Twenty century 80's, during the development of modern transportation, the incidence rate of road accidents stepping up greatly, patients are most high energy damages and bones fracture often appears with blood vessel damages. Blood vessel damage is one of the common emergencys in the clinic .Serious blood vessel damage causes deadly blooding. If we don't treatment in time or treatment improperly, patients' limbs will out of blood, necrosis, disability and even patients will die.During the development of biomedicine engineering, many marterials of blood vessel transplantation are used in blood vessel surgery treatment. Autoallergic blood vessels are commonly used marterials of blood vessel ,among those Great Saphenous Vein is the most used by many people. But Great Saphenous Vein of 20 percent patients cant' be used by many reasons. The transplantation of autoallergic artery obviously has many merits that it has no rejection problem and can grow with the growth of body, but the source of autoallergic artery is very hard and extent of providement blood vessel is very limited.
