Research On Implement And Development Of Good Manufacturing Practice Of Drug In China In New Era

We researched the implement and development of Good Manufacturing Practice in the world by literature and investigation,especially utilizing the theory of Orgnization structure design and Hayek's saying about institution.Firstly we researched the theoretical premise of Good Manufacturing Practice and put forward some basic concept.Secondly based on the correlative thoery we review history of Good Manufacturing Practice in the world,then we compared Chinese circumstance of GMP with world circumstance of GMP,besides we concluded the basic rule of GMP.Thirdly we looked back the course of Good Manufacturing Practice in our country,then we reviewed the present condition and found correlative problem of Good Manufacturing Practice.Finnally ground on our research we analyzed the foutainhead of Good Manufacturing Practice and reached some conclusions:(1)to integrate the construction of hardware and soflware;(2)to perfect administration of Good Manufacturing Practice and make it implement;(3)to perfect the system of GMP certification;(4) to advance restablishment of Good Manufacturing Practice and make it close with world level and to advance Good Manufacturing Practice to be accept by other countries and to perfect and develop GMP through integrating ISO,ERP with GMP.
