Methods: We used immunohistochemistry SP to detect the p53 andC-erbB-2 cancer related gene protein expression of the sixty patients' par. Specimens which had the gastric cancer radical correction in YanBian University Affiliated Hospital and had the integrated clinical follow-up visit data and pathology data. And we analyzed the two kind of gene combination expression in gastric cancer tissues. And we studied the two kind of cancer related gene relationship with gastric generation, development, differentiation, prognosis, and the dependability each other. Results: The p53 and C-erbB-2 protein positive rates in gastric cancertissues distinguished from 53.3%(32/60) to 48.3%(33/60).The p53 and C-erbB-2 protein expression had no dependabities with the gender, age, nation, Borrmann typing , differentiated level , and staging(p>0.05). p53 protein expression correlated closely with gastric wall infiltrating depth and lymphaticae diversion(P<0.01) . And the p53 and C-erbB-2 positive expression rates of the palindromia diversion gastric cancer patiens were significantly higher than the expression rates of no palindromia diversion gastric cancer patients(p<0.01). There was no significance between C-erbB-2 expression and gastric wall infiltrating depth (p>0.05), but it correlated with tumor size and nodus lymphaticus diversion (p<0.05).Three and five years survival rates of positive the p53 and C-erbB-2 protein expression are significantly lower than the rates of negative expression (P<0.05) .The p53 protein expression had close positive... | Keywords/Search Tags: | p53, C-erbB-2, gastric cancer, immunohistochemistry(S-P), prognosis | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
