Objective:To examine the expression of cyclic adenosine monophosphate respons-element binding protein (CREB)in the different types of children's acute leukemia and study it's role in children's acute leukemia.Methods:(1)Quantitative real-time RT-PCR was used to examine CREB mRNA levels in the bone marrow of 10 children with NL (including infection diseases or ITP),11 children with LR-ALL,11children with MR-ALL ,20 children with HR-ALL,11 children with LR-AML ,10 children with HR-AML.(2)ELISA was used to examine CREB protein levels in children with LR-ALL or MR-ALL or HR-ALL or LR-AML or HR-AML.(3)ELISA was used to examine phosphorylated CREB levels in children with LR-ALL or MR-ALL or HR-ALL or LR-AML or HR-AML.(4)Compare the expression of CREB mRNA levels with the standards of risk in MICM in children with high risk acute leukemia.(5)Examine CREB mRNA levels in different periods of 12 children with acute leukemia.Results:(1)Expression of CREB mRNA levels in children with NL, LR-ALL, MR-ALL,... |
