Objective: To observe the effect of heart muscle cell pase and Electrocardiography time about acupoint-injection Shenfu for chronic arrhythmia animal model-rabbits and to investigate its mechanics of preventing Chronic arrhythmiais, then to provide a thereunder to guide the clinic further. Methods:Dividing 20 rabbits into 4 groups randomly, there are 5 rabbits in each group. They are the normal control group, the model control group, the prevent group, the treat group.Except the normal control group duplicated the animal models-rabbits of chronic arrhythmia by injecting Verapamil hydrochloride into ear vein. To observate the effects of Na~+-K~+-ATP pase activity and Electrocardiography time about acupoint-injection Shenfu to chronic arrhythmia by the way of biochemistry and electrocardiography time.Result: Contrasted with the model control group and the normal control group Na~+-K~+-ATP pase activity of heart muscle cells goes down. Contrasted with the prevent group, the treat group and the normal control group Na~+-K~+-ATP pase activity of heart muscle cells goes down. Contrasted with the prevent group, the treat group and the model control group Na~+-K~+-ATP pase activity of heart muscle cells goes up. Contrasted with the prevent group and the treat group Na~+-K~+-ATP pase activity of heart muscle cells goes up. Contrasted with the prevent group and the model control group the beginning of II Atrioventricular block is later. Contrasted with the prevent group, the treat group and the model control group coming back of I Atrioventricular block or normal electrocardiography gets earlier. Conclusion: The animal model of .chronic arrhythmia byinjecting Verapamil hydrochloride into ear vein are resemble with the changes chronic arrhythmia of humankind. Acupoint-injection Shenfircan remarkably make the beginning of II Atrioventricular block later, make coming back time shorter. Acupoint-injection Shenfu can make Na+-K+-ATP pase activity of heart muscle cells of chronic arrhythmia more active. It maybe one of its mechanics of preventing chronic arrhythmia... |
