The Influence Of Qiangxin Capsule On The Bloodstream Dynamic And Related Factors Of The CHF Rats

Objective: The method of warming yang supplementing heart activating blood circulation and resolving phlegm is proposed in the treatment of congestive heart failure (CHF) according to the mechanisms and clinical observation of CHF.The aim is to study the mechanisms of QIANGXIN capsule on the bloodstream dynamic ,the ventricular remodeling ,the neurosecretion system and find the advantage of Chinese medicine on treating CHF.Methods:1. QIANGXIN capsule contains aconite root, ginseng, astragal etc.2.Injection of Adriamycin is applied to build CHF model.3. Rats are randomly divided into six groups,normal control group,model group,Captopril group , high-dose QIANGXIN group,moderate- dose QIANGXIN group,low-dose QIANGXIN group.4.Observe bloodstream dynamic change indexes;the tissue morphology change of heart,lung and liver;the weight indexes of heart,lung and liver;observe the change of Ang Ⅱ and ANP by the radioimmunoassay method.Results:To build CHF model with injecting Adriamycin into the Wis.tar's abdomen can injure their myocardium tissue,increase the weight indexes of heartjung , liver and the content of Ang Ⅱ ,ANP in the plasma of CHF's rats, change bloodstream dynamic indexes. QIANGXIN capsule can better the rats organ congestion,injury on tissue cells and bloodstream dynamic indexes,reduce the weight indexes of heart,lung, liver and the content of Ang Ⅱ ,ANP in the plasma of CHF's rats.Conclusions:1.QIANGXIN capsule reduce important organ congestion, better the injury of organ and decrease the weight indexes of important organ.2.QIANGXIN capsule accommodate the activation of neurosecretion system, reduce the content of Ang II and ANP in the plasma of CHF's rats, depress effectively the ventricular remodeling.3. QIANGXIN capsule raise the level of ± dp/dt max and LVSP, decrease the level of LVEDP , reinforce the systolic diastolic cardiac function and depress the heart rate to improve the homodynamic.4. QIANGXIN capsule can depress effectively the ventricular remodeling and is one of the effective treatments to prevent and treat the CHF.
