Study On The Effect Of The Treatment Of Invigorating Spleen And Promoting Blood Regulating Qi On NF-κB,IL-1 And SOD Of The Chronic Pancreatitis Rats

Chronic pancreatitis(CP) is a kind of commonly seen digestive disease,which typical pathological representation is fibrosis of pancreatic texture.At the present some researches have demonstrated that anti-fibrous of pancreatic texture is the key point to CP,At the same time,restrain the expression of transforming growth NF-κB and IL-1 and increase SOD's activity are all important in the anti-fibrous of pancreatic texture treatment process.The research based on the basic theory of TCM,set up "The treatment of invigorating spleen and promoting blood by regulating qi",and constituded "YI TAI Compounded Medication",and take experiments;our research injecting L-Arg into abdomen to make spleen deficiency rat model,it is a new model which combine diseases and syndromes;Utilizing the techniques,such as immuno-histochemistry , optical microscope and enzyme kit,the paper investigates the effect of the regulating factors of texture fibrous NF- κB P50 IL-1 and increase SOD's content of serum on Chronic Pancreatitis;meanwhile,observes the intervening effect of "YI TAI Compounded Medication",This paper studies the anti-fibrous mechanism from tissue form and molecular level.The result show that:1. Our research injected L-Arg into abdomen to make Spleen deficiency rat model,According with spleen deficiency syndrome and Chronic Pancreatitis from symposium, physical sign and tissue form,so this rat model is sucessful.2.HE pigmentation result show: "The treatment of invigorating spleen and promoting blood by regulating qi"can recover texture fibrous of Chronic Pancreatitis,and the method can raise ability of fibrous solution.3.The treatment depress obviously expression of NF- κB P50,the mechanism of the treatment is that it can cut off irritation of spleen,and constrain activity of PSC,reduce synthesis and improve solution of ECM,so it can resolve fibrous of spleen.4.The treatment depress obviously expression of IL-1,the mechanism is that it can cut off irritation of spleen,and constrain activity of PSC,reduce synthesis and improve solution of ECM,at the same time it can reduce expression of α-SMA.5.The treatment can improve content of SOD,the mechanism is that SOD can constrain irratation of spleen and anti-oxidation,so it can reduce hurt to spleen and reduce fibrous of spleen.6. The result show that with "the treatment of invigorating spleen and promoting blood by regulating qi",and constituded "YI TAI Compounded Medicine"which make a new gateway to therapy Chronic Pancreatitis.
