| Bronchial asthma is a common disease in clinic. It is also a common disease in respiratory system. The incidence rate of asthma is high in city. It is very hard to cure asthma and the disease is often turning to chronic stage. So, it often influences the physical and mental health of patients and get enormous burden to society. At present the mechanism of asthma is not clear fully and the treatment just can recreate the symptom but not cure it thoroughly. So, it is an important topic for modern medicine on how to discuss the mechanism asthma and how to find operative method to prevent and cure asthma. It got great achievement for point application to prevent and cure asthma. It is an important task needing solved for modern acupuncture on how to discuss the mechanism of point application to prevent and cure asthma by animal experiment and provide dependent scientific proofs for preventing and curing the disease in future.Allergic reaction , airway inflammation , airway high reaction and neuroregulation etc. have close relation with the occurrence and development of asthma. Inflammatory reaction is an important part in them and is thought as the hypostasis of asthma. So, how to inhibit inflammatory reaction is an important link in prevention and cure of asthma. It has found in modern study that Eos, IL-2 and IL-4 are very important in inflammatory reaction of asthma. We can find the deep principle in prevention and cure of asthma by point application if point application can adjust these factors. It will establish the experiment root far preventing and curing asthma more accurately in clinic.The guinea pigs are divided to normal group, model group, point application group and hormone group in this experiment. There are 8 guineapigs in every group. The guinea pigs in normal group are raised in the same time with other groups. The guinea pigs in the other groups are raised with 10 days after being made model by ova — protein sensitization. The guinea pigs in point application group got point application treatment after being made model. Their back were denuded about 4cmX4cm area, and stuck with the mushy medicine on the feishu(double), dazhui, once two days. The guinea pigs in model group got the same treatment of the point application group except the medicine. The guinea pigs in hormone group are injected hormone in the abdomen once a day after being made model. After 10 days, we observed the pathological sections of lung and bronchial epidermis and IL-2 and IL-4 in serum of all groups. Results of animal experiment show:1. The number of Eos in lung organization goes up obviously in the model group, and it has obvious difference from the number of the normal group(P<0. 01);The number of Eos in lung organization in the hormone group and point application group are lower than the model group (P<0. 01);and the numbers have obvious difference from them (P<0. 01) .2. The damage of bronchial cilia in the point application group is lower than the model group. The quantity of cilia is more, and cilia' s array is more tidy, the dead cilia decrease, we can still see Eos, but the quantity is smaller than the model group. The damage of bronchial cilia in the hormone group is same with the point application group, but we cannot see Eos,but some basophil.3. In the serum of the point application group and the hormone group , the IL-2 > IL-4 lever is lower than that of the model group(P<0. 05) , and it has no statistical significance (P>0. 05) , and the IL-2 lever is higher than that of the normal group,but the IL-4 lever has no statistical significance with the normal group.Conclusion:1. It indicates that point application can ameliorate the pathologic state of guinea pigs and adjust the content of IL-2 and IL-4 in serum. It shows that point application can adjust the inflammatory reaction and control asthma and ameliorate the lesion of lung, So, it can cure asthma. |
