Objective:The main purpose of the study is to establish a set of comprehensive and quantitative evaluating index system appropriate for the medical situation on the Standardized Training of Residents and give theoretical accordance for evaluating the virtue, attendance, ability and achievement of the resident during the period of training . To judge if the residents achieve the preconcerted training goal and to evaluate the quality and effect of training using the system. Meanwhile, The system can give theoretical accordance for development and completion of the Standardized Training of Residents in the future. Method:Based on document analysis ,Delphi method and precedence chart , we proceeded to establish the index system. We selected the indexes by carrying out three times the Delphi Specialist consultation and Give weight of indexes by Precedence Chart . Examined the system by putting it into practice . Result: the enthusiasm coefficient of specialists were 90.74%, 88.89%, 90.00% respectively ,The degree of specialist authority were higher and the average values were 0.760,0.797 respectively. The coordination coefficient of the specialists'opinion were 0.338, 0.439 and 0.672. An evaluation system that consisted of 3 hierarchies and 38 basic indexes was established in the final. Among them 4 first grade indexes, 22 second grade indexes and 12 third grade indexes.The weight of the first grade indexes ,namely political thought and virtue, compulsory courses, ability of clinical practice and ability of teaching and scientific research were...
