Study On Contingency Training Of Military Nurses For Modern Battle

Our army medical section is aiming at perfecting medical readiness for future military strike Taiwan Separatists currently.There are many factors which enhance or impair medical personnel since they shoulder the sacred responsibility of healing the wounded and rescuing the dying so as to maintain and improve the fighting effectiveness of the army.Whether or not they can meet the demand of the future limited high-tech war has been the major problem in the process of building up medical service capability.If not,what can we do?This study is necessary.l: There wasn't a suit of contingency training project for medical aid the war wound to military nurses in our army and our country, this study fills a gap in the field of military medicine. 2:We through the investigate resrach by questionnaire to 222 military nurses in 2004.Result:nurses of different academic, different professional titles have no difference in which know the knowledge of basic aim the war wound and high-tech, below 5 marks,it was not well;so we must ask militarry nurses to study high-tech knowledge and skill,we start with education their thinking and mantality for preparedness against war .The based on enhance their quality for preparedness against war through set up contingency training project and carry out training model of peacetimeand wartime use. Secondly through review document,we sum up foreign military training experience and experience of our military madical university education nurses,they are afford us lessons and reference.Based on these materials, we apply the Delphi Method to assess the significance of all subjects(aim> condition > persons qualified to teach > time> contend exam and assess ) which may be involved in future training program.Then statistical methods are used to select subjects and give a certain weight to every subjectA proposal is put forward including contingency training and some specific advice on how to organize and implement such a program.At last,we also talk about the major problems which will be encountered in carrying out this program and solutions.These efforts will provide some reliable and detailed resource for decision making and contribute to medical readiness of our army.
