The Study Of Modularity Training Of Army Hospital Civilian Nurses In Wartime Nursing

Civilian personnel Chinese PLA is referred to non-commissioned civilian personnel who are employed to the army. They always take equal responsibility of commissioned military officer(civilian personnel) according to the employ rules made by the army. As the Central Military Commission and the State Council issued “People`s Liberation Army civilian personnel regulations” in 1995, civilian personnel entered to the different grade of departments of our army, and they gradually became an important and vital component of the army civilian personnel. For about 10 years, civilian personnel system gradually completed, and perfectly accomplished the aim of military personnel diversification. At the same time, our army human resources was made regrouped and reconstructed. On personnel construction and component, civilian personnel is a new chance, challenge and essentially and totally revolution.Since 1990 s, with several times of army establishment system reforms, many army hospital cut the number of army personnel. As a result, the percentage of military nurses in army hospital is less and less year by year. As a result excellent civilian nurses coming from society are becoming the major body of the different grades of army hospital nursing and they also take the main duty of offering medical support together with the army nurses. Rescuing and nursing capacity of war time is one of the key elements of wartime guarding and defensing. How to manage, ues and train civilian nurses became the key point to increase capacity of guarding and defensing. Combined with military strategy in the new century, we aimed to deepen reformation of national defense and army establishment system. Considering the reality of our army hospital civilian personnel, we investigated how to manage, use, train them and emphasized on improving the rescuing and nursing capacity of hospital civilian nurses according to the basic information of our civilian nurses. We also tried to establish the content and method of rescue and treatment in war wound to strengthen awareness of fighting and offered theoretical basis.Civilian nurses are new personnel as the army reform, who most graduated from non-military college and lack of army medical related knowledge and training of skill courses. The object of the study is to establish the training content of army hospital civilian nurse nursing of war wounds. We found many shortages via questionnaire, document research, experts interview and field work. Then we analyzed those shortages and gave a scheme about training hospital civilian nurses skill in modern war which offered references to improve civilian nurses` Medical support capacity.Civilian nurses are new personnel and army resource as the army reform goes on, who are most coming from non-military college and that always lack of army medical related knowledge and they also in emergence of needing training of skill courses in dealing with emergent situation in war time. The main and key object of the study is mainly about content of establishing the training content of army hospital civilian nurse nursing of war wounds. We investigated training institute and content and method respectively and we found many shortages and shortcomings via questionnaire, document research, experts interview and field work. Then we analyzed those shortages and gave a scheme about training hospital civilian nurses skill in modern war which offered references to improve civilian nurses` Medical support capacity.209 civilian nursing who were working in 7 some army central hospitals and working in clinical vocations were involved in the research. Then we gave out questionnaires, visited some of the civilian nurses and some hospitals, dealt with and analyzed data. Finally, we got the status of army hospital civilian nurses and main problems in the modularity training, such as wide scale of employment of civilian nurses, lack of systemic training and comprehensive drill, contradiction of working and army status, awkward situation of total capacity, weakness of military qualities and mental qualities, and so on. As to problems above, we studied related theory, training method and content so as to established the content of civilian nurses rescuing and nursing in wartime and proved modularity training method is more effective via field work, sample survey, consulting experts and documents retrieval. As a result, we got the conclusion that 4 modes came out as a modularity train:1.war wound basic nursing module; 2.war wound on-the-spot rescuing module; 3.special weapon wound nursing module; 4.special environment war wound rescuing module. Combined with the civilian personnel’s characteristics, job nature and reality requirement of modern world, we made complex war wound rescuing training, and also explored modularity comprehensive training scheme adapting modern war rescuing. We also established standard of modularity training, so as to improve civilian rescuing capacity of civilian personnel rescuing and nursing and make guarantee to improve modularity training, and offer theory basis and data support for the modularity training. Via observing the situation to the wounded, making available training methods,and basic nursing practice level according to detail some problems in nursing process. We introduced several standard, such as capacity of observing patients’ condition, capacity of awareness of nursing problems, basic nursing operational capacity, special nursing operation, cooperating ability in rescuing, mental nursing, dealing with doctor’s advice, nursing documents writing, special weapon wounds nursing and special environment wound nursing to evaluated the effect of civilian nursing training. The results showed that it is available to improve the ability of war wound rescuing through strengthening continuing education, modularity of civilian personnel nursing knowledge and practice manoeuvre of hospital turning training, normal-wartime combination, exercises and combining theory with practice.Conclusion: as an important component of our army, civilian personnel are demanded to satisfy the standard of commissioned army personnel in military quality, fighting capacity and scientific knowledge level and mental quality. So were the army civilian nurses. They are required to meet the basic standard as an solider and master main rescuing skill so as to work together with army officers and civilian officers and improve our army’s guarding and defense level. The main method to improve the capacity of army civilian personnel is training, so it is an effective method to train them by different stage and different modularity training. We examined the effect of the training by our standards, which included transforming training thoughts, strengthening theory training, bringing war wounds rescuing into year examination, making on-the-spot rescuing skill into hospital daily medical work, emphasized rescuing course and inter-group cooperation in field training, improving civilian nursing physics, paying attention to combination of training content modularity with comprehensive training. Our study offered a new training education module to improve civilian personnel management system.
