Determination Of P, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn In Whole Blood And The Analysis Of Relativity On â…¡ Diabetes Mellitus

This thesis consists of five chapters, and divided into three parts. In Chapter One, literature review. Summarized actuality and progress on the determination of trace elements of P, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn. And at the same time, to introduce the knowledge about trace elements and human health, pointing out the importance of trace elements to human health.In Chapter Two, determination of P in whole blood of different people by spectrophotometry has been described. Through comparing the content of P in whole blood with the sickened people and the healthy people, and analyzing the P in whole blood of different age and different course of diseases. The relativity of P in whole blood and the health was investigated for the first time.From Chapter Two to Chapter Five, a method for the determination of Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn in whole blood of the â…¡ Diabetes Mellitus by FAAS with Micro Injection was described. Through comparing the content of the five elements with the sickened people and the healthy people, the relativity of Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn in whole blood and the health, and the proportion of Ca and P, Cu and Zn was investigated for the first time.
