Objective: To investigate the effections of HIF-1 in pathogenesis mechanism of acute pancreatitis by analyzing expression of HIF-1α in acute pancreatitis which are different injury degree and the relation between expression of HIF-1α and injury degree of acute pancreatitis. Methods: 30 mice would be divided into three groups in random. The A group is pseudoperative, each group of the other groups (B and C )is induced into a rat model of acute pancreatitis by the intraductal infusion of 5% sodium taurocholate. The mice serum of the B group after 6h of a success model of acute pancreatitis and the C group after 12h were drawn from infravenus, and then we killed the mice and gained the pancreas of the mice and put them into methanal for 24h. Then to analyze whether expression of HIF-1 α protein is different in different pancreas by immunohistochemical analysis and investigate injury degree of the pancreases of the mice by pathology analysis and amylase analysis and do correlate with injury degree of pathology, amylase and expression of HIF-1α of the pancreas. Results: Expression of HIF-1α protein increases in acute pancreatitis and is different in different pancreas(P<0.05); The expression is correlation to injury degree of pathology and amylase. Conclusion: HIF-1α aggravates injury of inflammatitis in the pathogenesis of acute pancreaatitis.
