| Objective: To investigate the relationship between endocrine and morphology characteristic of patients with polycystic ovarian and infertility, and to evaluate the efficacy and feasibility of little-follicle puncture and pump through transvaginal ultrasound. Method:98 patients with PCOS were divided randomly into little-follicle puncture and pump group (group 1,48 cases) and directly ovulation induction group (group II ,50 cases). And 20 normal menstrual women were taken as control. Result: The level of luteinizing hormone(LH), estradiol(E2),testosternone(T), TG, LDL, the volume of ovary and the number of antral follicle for patients with PCOS were significantly higher than those normal menstrual women, and after therapy of puncture and pump, above items were decreased significantly, P<0.05 or P<0.01. A significantly lower occurrence rate of OHSS and significantly higher fertilization rate, cleavage rate, high quality embryos rate, and pregnancy rate between group I and group â…¡ .Conclusions: Our data suggest that the littlie-foUicle puncture and pump through transvaginal ultrasound is effective in improving ovary function which was restrained by endocrine changes and improving oocyte quality, enhancing pregnancy outcome and decreasing or preventing the occurrences of OHSS. |
