Research On Characteristics Of Endocrine Metabolism Of Obesity PCOS And The Therapy With Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:Explore the endocrine metabolic features of obesity PCOS;Observation of the clinical curative effect of obesity PCOS caused by menstrual late(kidney deficiency phlegm dampness syndromes) with Tiaojingyulinjiawei decoction, and to explore its mechanism.Methods:90 cases of research objects are derived from the affiliated hospital of shandong university of TCM gynecology clinic.Among them, 30 patients with obesity PCOS as treatment group of; 30 patients with Non-obesity PCOS as control 1 group and 30 cases of normal menstrual as control 2 group.Comparison of three groups of menarche age and endocrine,and compare the metabolism index of the treatment group and control 1 group;Treatment group from menstruation or progesterone withdrawal bleeding 7 days oral Tiaojingyulinjiawei decoction,continuous 6 months after treatment, observe its clinical curative effect, and statistical analysis.Results:(1)Treatment group and control group 1 compared with control group 2, the average age of menarche were extremely significant difference(P<0.01);(2)The treatment group, control group 1 LH, LH/FSH,T value compared with control group 2,were extremely significant difference(P<0.01);Treatment group LH values compared with control group 1,there is a very significant difference(P<0.01);The treatment group compared with control group 2, E2 values have extremely significant difference(P<0.01); Treatment group TC, TG, HDL, LDL and INS values compared with control group 1, were extremely significant difference(P<0.01);(3)Disease curative effect in treatment group patients recovery rate was 20%,obvious effective rate was 33.33%,effective rate was 26.67%, no efficiency was 20%,total effective rate was 80%;(4)Dizziness tinnitus of TCM syndrome integral compared with before treatment difference significant(P<0.05),the rest of the symptoms of TCM syndrome score had extremely significant difference compared with before treatment(P<0.01);(5)The treatment group patients with TCM syndrome score comparison before and after the treatment, there is a very significant difference(P<0.01);(6)Syndrome curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group patients recovery rate was 20%, obvious effective rate was 16.67%,effective rate was 43.33%,no efficiency was 20%, total effective rate was 80%;(7)The treatment group patients BBT had a significant change compared with before treatment,the treatment of patients with ovulation rate increased significantly;(8)The treatment group before and after treatment in patients with BMI,there is a very significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:PCOS patients with average menarche age greater than normal menstruation;Endocrine metabolic disorder of obesity PCOS patients is more serious; Tiaojingyulinjiawei decoction have the function of regulate the menstrual and assisted reproduction,it treatment obesity PCOS menstruation late(kidney deficiency phlegm dampness syndromes) is safe and effective, worthy of clinical promotion and further study.
