To research the function of Shuyuwan on immune system of body, and develop a new path for the sake of the prevention and cure of immunity disease because of stress, and provide the basis of medicine about Shuyuwan. There are the certain fulfillment meanings in clarifying the Chinese medicine theories, and analysis of the prescribe compound in immunity pharmacology, and the modernize study of Traditional Chinese Medicine.MethodResearching the effect that Shuyuwan should react to the wounded stress mice's immunity organ, immunity cell and immunity member, and founding the immunocompetence of the Shuyuwan, as follows:1. To study the influence of the Shuyuwan on the appearance of the wounded stress mice thymus gland, by using the optical microscope and electronic microscope observe mice thymus gland organization appearance, by using the electronics weighing scales weigh immunity organ .2. The effect of the Shuyuwan on the multiplication and activity of interleukin 2 of the wounded stress mice splenocytes by using MTT assay and biological assay.3. The effect of the Shuyuwan upon the wounded stress mice splenocytes and blood interleukin 2 by using the method of ELISA.4. The effect of the Shuyuwan about HSP70 express in the wounded stress mice liver, detected by the immuohistochemistry.5. The effect of the Shuyuwan upon the wounded stress mice IL-2 mRNAs and IL-2RmRNA gene expressions detected by Q-RT-PCR.Result1. Discovering the wounded stress mice thymus index decreased. The Shuyuwan used in vivo significantly improve IL-2mRNA and IL-2RmRNA level. (P<0.05)Conclusion1. The Shuyuwan have the function of increasing the splenocytes of mice.2. The Shuyuwan can increase the production of IL-2 in mice.3. The Shuyuwan can prevent from the immunity organ change because of the wound effectively.4. The wound can increase the HSP70 expression of mice independently, and the function of Shuyuwan enhances HSP70 expression further.5. The Shuyuwan can reverse the inhibition of wounded mice spleen lymphocyte.
