Clinical Research On The Effect Of Perianal Abscess Multi-incision Floating-threads Drainage Combining Internal Opening Resection And Traditional Chinese Medicine Irrigate On The Healing Of Surgical Wounds Of Perianal Abscess

Objective: To contrast the effect of siatic rectum clearance abscess incision and drainage and internal opening resection combining NS irrigate therapy and siatic rectum clearance abscess multi-incision floating-threads drainage and internal opening resection combining traditional Chinese medicine irrigate therapy. Analyse and study the two therapies, researching the better one to guiding clinic care.Methods:60appropriate cases were divided randomly into two groups: the observed group (30cases) with siatic rectum clearance abscess multi-incision floating-threads drainage and internal opening resection combining traditional Chinese medicine irrigate therapy, and the control group(30cases) with siatic rectum clearance abscess incision and drainage and internal opening resection combining NS irrigate therapy. Postoperative pain, wound color, wound exudations, wound secretion and wound healing were observed.Results: There was significant difference in effect of two groups. The effect of the observed group was much better than the control group in promoting wound healing and reducing postoperative pain.Conclusions: Siatic rectum clearance abscess multi-incision floating-threads drainage and internal opening resection can make wound cavity free drainage, and traditional Chinese medicine irrigate have an effect of clean, detumescence and sarcogenic. The therapy has an exact effect in reducing postoperative pain and promoting wound healing.
