Pharmacodynamic And Toxicologic As Well As Clinical Studies Of ZhuLian Paste On Chronic Eczema

Objective: Study zhe pharmacodynamic effect and toxicity of ZhuLian Paste and clinical study. Zhe content of blood HA and 5-HT with chronic eczema were detected, to explore the therapeutic mechanism of ZhuLian Paste.Methods: Experiment study :Observe zhe ZhuLian Paste on ear swellings of mice, egg-white and phosphoric acid histamine, delayed allergy reation on ear of mice by DNCB ,as well conduct experiments of skin allergy and stimulation.Clinical study :60 patients with chronic eczema were divided randomly into zhe test group (32 cases) were treated with ZhuLian Paste and zhe control group (28 cases) treaed with BingHuangFuLe Gream. Both groups had been given two two-weeks courses. To dectect zhe content of blood HA and 5-HT of 60 cases with chronic eczema by fluorescence spctrophotometer method,the compared with that of normal control.Result: The study result shows in the experiment(l)The ZhuLian Paste can notably suppress zhe acute swelling in small mice caused bydimethylenzene(p<0.01).(2) ZhuLian Paste can incream zhe local threshold of itchiness in guinea pig and has obvious effct on itching(p<0.05).(3) ZhuLian Paste is effective on anti-delayed allergy reation of skin in small mice(p<0.05).Clinical study shows that ZhuLian Paste treating 32 cases of chronic eczema ,cure in 15 cases,marked effectiveness in 8 cases,effectiveness in 7 cases and flaiure in 2 cases, and zhe clinical curative rate of 46.9% . Its clinical total effective rate is 93.8%.It is marked difference than BingHuangFuLe Gream (P<0.05)o The content of blood HA ang 5-HT with chronic eczema were significant higher than that of normal group before treatment, when zhe lesions disappeared after treatment .The content of blood HA and 5-HT of the treatment group isn't more different than that of normal group.Conclusion : The ZhuLian Paste has zhe notable function of reliving inflammation and pain and anti-bacteria and stopping itching as well as anti-delayed allergy reation without cauing irritation and hypersensitivity . It is applicable for chronic eczema.The research in part provides experimental and clinical evidence for ZhuLian paste treating chronic eczema.lt suggests that HA and 5-HT plays an important role of pathogenesis in eczema . It is beneficial to judege the curative effect and explain the pathogenesis in eczema.
