Clinical And Experimental Research Of HuatanQuyu Granule In Treating Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Diseas

Based on theory of ancient document and tutor academic viewpoint,the author think that phlegm and stasis blockage heart and its vessels is base of pathogenesis in angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and removing phlegm and blood stasis is essential teatment of angina poctoris of coronary heart disease. According to that, Huatan Quyu granule was prescribed for this disease and 40 patients were treated, compared with Tongxinluo capsule .The statistical results show that the method of treatment group is superior or similar to that of control group in promoting clinical symptoms , decreasing the blood-lipoid, promoting blood rheology and electrocardiogram , resisting oxygensize. The results in animal experiments show that Huatan Quyu granule can decreasing the blood-lipoid , promoting angioendothelial function and myocardial ischemia. The toxicological experiments show that the dose has no any toxic effect in the experimental rats.We can conclude that the treatment of removing phlegm and blood stasis has good clinical effect on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Huatan Quyu granule is one of the best precription for angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
