and Blood Stasis School" and the clinical experience and medication rules of members of the school in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris through the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform,including syndrome differentiation,commonly used prescriptions,commonly used drugs and drug pairs,drug characteristics,and core Drugs and their additions and genres and genre members.ObjectiveEstablish the "Chang’an Lei’s Heart Disease Phlegm and Blood Stasis School" for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris patients with TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment database,and summarize the clinical experience and medication rules of members of the schools and schools in order to inherit their academic ideas and explore possible changes in the school’s inheritance.MethodWith the aid of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform,this study collected medical record data from patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris diagnosed and treated by Lei Zhongyi,the founder of the "Changan Lei’s Heart Disease Phlegm and Stasis School" and inheritors with clear inheritance trajectories,and conducted a retrospective study.Enter the standardized qualified medical records into the platform,and use the software’s own statistical reports and data analysis functions to extract common syndrome types,high-frequency drugs,common prescriptions and drug pairs,and core drugs for the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Clinical experience and medication rules.ResultsThis study collected 911 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris who met the inclusion criteria,of which 49.08% were males and 50.92% were females.The youngest patients were 20 years old,the oldest was 90 years old,and those over 60 years old accounted for 58.45%,with a total of 1408 cases.,Including 1408 prescriptions,including 323 cases of Master Lei Zhongyi,429 cases of Chief Physician Liu Chaofeng,419 cases of Chief Physician Zhang Junru,and 237 cases of other members of the school.A total of 280 Chinese medicines were used.Commonly used syndrome types: The schools are often treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome are trichosanthes,scallion white,salvia miltiorrhiza,chuanxiong,red peony root,chaihu,citrus aurantium,and kudzu root;Lei Laobian The core drugs for treatment are Danshen,Panax Notoginseng Powder,Trichosanthes,Scallion White,Chuanxiong,Tangerine Peel,Pueraria lobata Kernel,Safflower,Bupleurum,Angelica,Rehmannia,Licorice,Platycodon,Fructus Aurantii,Panax Notoginseng Powder,Ground Dragon,Leech,Cinnamon Twig,Scutellaria,Coptis,Calcined Oyster,Calcined keel;the core medicines of the instructor are Bupleurum,Fructus Aurantii,Fried White Peony,Scutellaria,Qing Pinellia,Poria,Fructus Trichosanthis,Ligusticum Chuanxiong,Salvia Miltiorrhiza.Medication
