The comprehensive evaluation of various qualities, performance of advanced medical cadres is the basis of discovery, selection, training and promoting of talents, and is also the important work in the administration of medical human resource. Establishment and perfecting of scientific checking and evaluating system have been the important tasks of administration of current medical cadres, which concerns not only the objective evaluation of their performance but the cultivation of medical cadres as well.Based on the analyses of evaluating methods of many medical institutes at home and abroad, 30 indexes of clinic doctors were obtained in this paper. And then 40 clinic medical experts and administrating experts were consulted by the expert consulting method. In addition to the evaluation of 30 indexes by consulting experts, they made supplement in perfecting the establishment of evaluating index system. Integrated with experts' opinions, the evaluatingindex system of 37 final indexes in 3 aspects was finally formed.Combined with expert consulting method and information entropy analysis, the obtained index system was employed to evaluate 29 doctors in the hospital attached to certain military medical university, and the results coincided with the information known by administrating office show this index system has rather good differentiating rate, which indicates it has reasonable credibility.The findings of this study provide a way to evaluate the administration of cadres and performance of specialized cadres.
