| Objectives: To investigate the correlation between HnRNP A2/B1 and lung cancer, and the feasibility of being used as a new method in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods: ⒈ The immunohistochemical method was used to assay the expression of HnRNP A2/B1 in tissues of lung cancer. ⒉ The immunocytochemistry method was used to assay the expression of HnRNP A2/B1 in fiberobronchoscopic aspirates. The result was analyzed and compared. Results: ⒈ The positive expression rate of HnRNP A2/B1 was 76.8% in the tissues of lung carcinoma. ⒉ The expression of HnRNP A2/B1 was different in types of lung cancer(P﹤0.05). ⒊ The positive expression rate of HnRNP A2/B1 was significantly different in lung cancer group (68.5%) and non-cancer group (13.6%) in fiberobronchoscopic aspirates (P﹤0.05).Conclusions: ⒈ The positive expression rate of HnRNP A2/B1 was 76.8% in the tissues of lung carcinoma.⒉The sensitivity of HnRNP A2/B1 in fiberobronchoscopic aspirates of lung cancer patients is 68.4%, and the specificity is 86.4%.And so possibly it could be used as a new diagnostic method for lung cancer. |
