One Case Report Of Huge Breast Fibroadenoma Misdiagnosis And Literature Review

Fibroadenoma is very popular in femal galactophore disease.which occupies about 75% of breast benign tumor; Cystosarcoma phyllodes(CP) is not very common and occupies about 1% of breast tumor. These two kind of diseases have their own characteristics in clinical and imaginal representation.but misdiagnosis is still happened.We misdiagnosis one huge breast mase of 28 years old female in April,2002,whose diease come on during pregnancy and lactation. Studying this patient's disease history,clinical representation,imaginal checking result,combining litrature review of this field,we conclude the points of differencial diagnosis of the two dieases,analyze the reason of misdiganosis and summarize the experiences of treating this kind of disease.
