The in fluence of antisperm Antibody after abortion on the conceptionIn this study the level of AsAb was measured by using ELISA method 245 patients with Infertility problems. Among 80 patients had secondary infertility post artificial abortion history (secondary infertility post artificial abortion group) 75 patients had secondary infertility post spontaneous abortion history (secondary infertility post spontaneous abortion group) ad 90 patients had primary infertility with unknown factors (primary infertility group).All these groups of patients have been chosen according to the following conditions: age between 25-28 years old, husband sperm test normal, husband antisperm antibody test negative, healthy women without surgeries and internal medical complications. Endocrinology diseases and tubal obstruction.The results of this study showed the following:(1)there is not a big different between the level of AsAb in the secondary infertility post artificial abortion group and the secondary infertility post spontaneous abortion group, but there is a largedifference of level with the primary infertility group (X2).(2)the level of antisperm antibody in the patients blood increase with the number of abortion: between one time abortion group and 2times abortion group there was not a very significiant difference (P>0.05) but with the 3 times abortion group there was a very significiant difference (P>0.01)(3)there was not a very important different of the level of As-Ab in the group of spontaneous abortion with curettage and the group of spontaneous abortion without curettage.Results of this study demonstrated that:- the production of As-Ab is very complex and it comes from the damage and infection of the uterus endometrium.- As-Ab influences the conception by 3 major was (1) spermatozoids agglutination, (2)disturbs the fecondation and the implantation, (3)stops development of the foetus.- After an abortion there are damage and infection of the uterus endometrium so the level of As-Ab increases and finally conception problems.- After a spontaneous abortion, Except too early intercourses the most important cause of the increasing level of As-Ab seems to be infection.
