Study On The Structure Of Talent In Medical Practice In The Military Hospital At The Current Period

Study on the Structure of Talent in Medical Practice in the Military Hospitals at the Current Period is a basic study designed for studying constitutional and qualitative structure of five types of professional practitioners, such as doctors, nurses, pharmacists, technicians, and engineers serving in the military hospitals now, who have received the systemic professional training and possessed corresponding professional recording of schooling and technique titles.Because of many historical and present-day reasons, the constitutional structure of talent in medical practice in military hospitals is not rational and the qualitative structure elements is not good enough, which don't adapt to military modernization health service security, to the social demand for and trends of development in medical science, and to duties which the military hospital are performing at the current period. So, this study is trying to search the allotment of talent in medical practice in military hospitals adapting to military modernization health service security, to search diathesis constitution elements of talent in medical practice adapting to developmental model of modern medicine and social requirement, and to search the optimization mechanisms and ways for administration of talent resource in military hospitals. The study puts to use Delphi's qualitative predicting technique of talent to set up short-term and pre-designed plan of rationalizing condition of constitutional structure and diathesis elements of talent in medical practice in military hospitals and applies questionnaire to investigate present conditions of constitution structure and profession qualification elements of talent in medical practice in five military hospitals. The basic frame of constitution structure and profession qualification elements of talent in medical practice in military hospitals has primarily been set up at the current period and the evaluating system for talent in medical practice in military hospitals has primarily been constructed through this study. Exploratory counter-measures, pointing to crucial elements of construction optimization ?for scientific administration issue of talent in medical practice in military hospitals, have been put forward based on this study.
