Objective: To explore the protective effects of Huang Qi Sheng Mi Yin (HQSMY) on acute myocardial ischemia in mini-pig. Methods: In the experiment of acute myocardial ischemia, 20 mini-pigs were diveded into 4 groups randomly, blank central group % small dosage group(HQSMY 0.7g/kg) ^ t>ig dosage group(HQSMY 2.1g/kg) ^ contrast central group (Sheng Mai Yin 0.7g/kg).Executing pigs after 7 days.We observed the pig's response, the chang of hemodynamics and the percentage of Infarct myocardium in cardiac ventricle's weight after the deligation of pig's coronary artery .In the experiment of the tolerance to mice,mouce were diveded into 5 groups randomly, blank contral group, small dosage group(HQSMY 1.55g/kg) , modrate dosage group(HQSMY 3.1g/kg) , big dosage group(HQSMY 15.5g/kg), contrast contral group (ShengMai Yin 3.1g/kg),and we observed the mice's stock time after put in the enclose wide mouthed bottle with sodalime in the experiment of the mice's standing hypoxia at normol pressure, and also we observed the mice's swimming time in it's swimming test.RESULT:There was no abnormal response in the HQSMY's mini-pigs, and we found the reduction of BP and LVSP and the step-up degree of LVEDP in the HQSMY's group and the SMY's group were lower than the blank central group(P<0.05),and the percentage of Infarct myocardium in cardiac ventricle's weight (6.23 ?0.39 % )in the blank contra! group was higher than the HQSMY's big dosage group and contrast contra! group(5.55 ?.47% and 5.67 ?0.35 % ,P<0.05). It made clear that the mice's stock time in the HQSMY's big dosage group , modrate dosage group and SMY group were longer than the blank contral group in the experiment of the tolerance to mice (P<0.05),and the swimming time were also longer in the HQSMY's big dosage group , modrate dosage group , small dosage group and SMY group man the blank contra!group(P<0.01).CONCLUSION:0)HQSMY has effects of anti-myocardial ischemia in mini-pig and the amelioration of the hemodynamic in disorder;@HQSMY can improve the mice's tolerance. |
