The D Risk Assessment Of Adventive Organism Bean Pod Mottle Virus, In Fujian

Bean pod mottle virus(BPMV)is a serious hazard alien species. After it invades our country it not only endanger the substantial output but also damage China's national economy. This paper studies the hazard of BPMV in Fujian systematically.It analyses the ecological and economic latent impact in Fujian because of BPMV. From forecast of suitable area, Then put forward the management measure to reply the the invasion of BPMV.The research aim of the text is to provide scientific basis to survey, monitoring and effective prevention and control work of BPMV in Fujian.The result are as follows:According to the distribution of BPMV major climate critical factors and the specific situation of the United States happened,I select CLIMEXBprocedures to construct the distribution model of BPMV suitable area in Fujian. According to the predicted result of the CLIMEX ,it showed BPMV also has a great suitable range in China , the results of the prediction showed 26 provinces and more than 40 areas in the 34 provincial-level administrative districts is suitable for the survival of theBPMV, mainly distributed in South China, Central China, East China , Southwest, the vast majority of areas, particularly in the vast areas south of the Changjiang River, and North China, Shandong, Hebei, Tianjin, Liaoning and other parts of the Northeast region, and ithe north region of our country such as Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang,the western areas of Xinjiang, individual sites of Tibet also fit the occurrence of the diseaseThe paper collects the impact factor data information of the invasion of BPMV in Fujian systematically.Then I construct the risk assessment indicator system and the risk of the R computation model about the invasion of red fire ants in Fujian .The result shows that the risk value is R=2.32.So we know that the BPMV belongs to a high dangerous invasive species.In order to deal with BPMV epidemic,this paper put forward a series of policy suggestion and practical preventative and mitigative measuresfrom the quarantine identification,the monitoring of loimic area and the prevention and cure of epidemic and so on.Finally,《The BPMV epidemic Crisis Management Plans in Fujian》is established.
