This research took the farmland in south of the Maowusu sands as the fundamental research object, was divided into two major part contents as the spring corn protection cultivation pattern experimental study and the winter wheat introduction experimental study, used the method of the generalized analysis research, has studied soil moisture and the temperature dynamic change rule of the protection cultivation, and has analyzed the influence of the protection cultivation technique to the moisture content use efficiency, the soil bulk specific gravity, the nutrient as well as the crops growth character and the output and so on, and has appraised detailed economic efficiency of the protection cultivation from the proportion between put and out. The main conclusion is as follows:1. Soil moisture content of each cultivation processing's difference is not big in the 0-20cm soil layer, but below the 20cm soil layer is just the opposite. Each cultivation processing soil moisture is different because of the influence of vegetal period rainfall of the crops and the soil freezing and thawing. The straw stalk and the agricultural membrane cover may increase the soil moisture content obviously, but the soil moisture content of exempts ploughs is lowest. Through the Straw Robing processing because of the crops straw stalk cover's function, the soil moisture content increases obviously, soil moisture content of each cultivation processing show as( Straw Robing>)Plogh and Film≥Plogh≥No-tillage (>CK). The analysis also discovered the soil moisture use efficiency of the Plogh and Film processing is highest, the spring corn'reaches as high as 16.97 (No Shelter forest for farmland), the winter wheat'is 48.64(2004), Plogh processing is next best, soil moisture use efficiency of the No-tillage processing is lowest, only is 12.60(No Shelter forest for farmland) and 40.83 (2004).2.
