In different growing stage, water shortage feedback will be different. According to above research findings, based on limited irrigation, optimized limited water distribution based on susceptible index, and adjusted the water stress degree artificially to influence the process in which crop physiology, biochemical and yield was informed, regulated deficit irrigation increases the using of biology and achieved high water utilization ratio ultimately. In this study, the concept of the regulated deficit irrigation and the limited irrigation has been distinguished. The field and potted plant experiments methods have been used to studied the Effects of Regulated Deficit Irrigation on Growth and Yield in crop, the main results are as follows:(1)The influence of crop water shortage is more sever to yield than dry matter accumulation; The relationship between winter wheat yield and consume of the amount of water is open mouth get down of parabola curve, and that in vegetative growth phase water supply is enough but in reproductive growth phase water stress is sever will decrease the grain yield but have little influence on dry matter accumulation; the relation between yield index and grain level is open mouth get down of parabola curve.(2)Under water stress, winter wheat will lower the need to the water and maintain an end yield potential possibly in the meanwhile. Water stress is different in different stage. In seedling period, water shortage mainly reduces the stub count, which prepared for the water stress in latter growing stage. Water condition in seeding period influence the number of hill in unit area, leaf area index, group structure, yield potential in unit area and water demand in latter stage; in jointing stage and earring stage, the influence of the water shortage mainly expresses to reduce transpiration efficiency heavily and photosynthetic efficiency lightly, increase transpiration efficiency of simple leaf, adjust the proportion between fountain and library; mature period is the critical period for forming grain. In this stage, photosynthetic product mainly transport to grain organ and the dry matter formed in former stage in stem will partly transfer to grain organ, and winter wheat under water stress will be premature senility of nutritive organ and premature of grain organ.(3)The relation between evaporation and surface soil water content is linear. Exponential function has been aroused between evaporation and leaf area index. 90% root of...
