This study took Allium mongolicum Regel distributing in Wu Labai Urumqi as the experiment material. Having done some researches on its growth habitat microclimate, phenology, morphology biological, physical and chemical properties, endogenous hormones and some other aspects, following show the results:1 Allium mongolicum Regel turn green on March 30, leaf open out on April 14 and fully developed until April 19. It starts bolting with the new leaf germination on June 3, fully bolting after June 8, entering the budding stage 2-3 weeks later, and another week later, the early flowering stage, then flowering, and the final flowering in early August while some beginning to fruit. The total flowering stage is kept one month. However, due to climate and other factors, we could not observe every Allium mongolicum Regel seed maturation period. The pollen viability at 25℃is higher than 18℃, and the highest pollen viability is during flowering stage, All these indicate that, in the flowering stage, the best temperature for pollination is at 20~25℃.1000-seed wt of the Allium mongolicum Regel weigh 3.41 g. The indoor germination rate of new mining seed can reach 90%, and increased to 97% after saving for one year, appeared a bit decline in the third year, but remained above 90%, while the Allium mongolicum Regel seeds seedling emergence rate was lower than 40%.2 From turning green to bolting, it appeared a downward trend throughout the growth period, which is similar to soluble sugar and amylum, it showed a regular fluctuation. The soluble sugar and amylum contents presented a slight rise in initial bolting but decreased during rich bolting. The sugar content in the whole growth period showed a up-down-up-down tendency and reached its'peak at bolting stage. It indicated that the plants were turning from vegetative growth to reproductive growth. Protein content decreases when it turns green and to minimum valley before bud stage. It also appears a decrease tendency throughout the growth time. The results show that:high protein content is not good for bolting and flowering, but plays a positive role in nutrition growth. During the whole process of germination and budding, chlorophyll content is high, and changes along with phenology changes. There are different changes in different growth stages for peroxidase (POD) andα-amylase, which are also related to the phenology, growth state, temperature and rainfall. It shows that the two enzymes were active in the germination period. peroxidase (POD) activity showed up in early bolting, while theα-amylase was decreased.3 All throughout the growing period, the IAA content were higher than ABA, GA3 in Allium mongolicum Regel leaves High levels of IAA in leaves can promote plant growth. And relatively high levels of GA3 and ABA is good for bolting but not for nutrition growth. High ratio of IAA/GA3 helps plants growth and flower development; high ratio of ABA/IAA is helpful for growth and the transformation from vegetative growth to reproductive growth; high ratio ABA/GA3 helps nutrition organ's differentiation, but not for reproductive growth of plants.
