Clinical Study On TCM Syndromes Of Primary Renal Cell

Purpose:Discussion kidney TCM law, provide a new method for Chinese medicine treatment of renal cell carcinoma. Material and method:Collecting Affiliated Hospital Oncology of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in January 2012 to March 2014 primary renal cancer patients during hospitalization data. Comprehensive finishing all information, in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and discharge criteria were screened, selected 31 eligible cases, adoption retrospective survey, formulate symptom assessment scale statistics, use Microsoft Excel software to count the frequency of the main symptoms and signs, establish the database, use SPSS17.0 software to cluster analysis relevant data obtained, complete syndrome type according to the relevant diagnostic criteria, analyze and summarize the results. Results:1. The main clinical manifestations of 31 cases of kidney cancer patients: fatigue, back pain, hematuria, anorexia, dry stool, dilute stool, nausea, insomnia, frequent micturition, oliguria, swollen legs, pulse string, slippery pulse, deep thready pulse, red tongue, little furry and other 21 kinds of symptoms,in descending order according to the frequency of occurrence. More than 70% of patients had fatigue, red tongue and other symptoms. More than 50% of patients had back pain, insomnia, anorexia, slippery pulse, thin white fur and other symptoms. More than 30% of patients had hematuria, yellow fur. 2. 31 cases of patients with primary renal cell carcinoma cluster analysis: after differentiation into four syndromes: Heat Accumulation have 11, occupies 35.48%; Liver and stomach discord have 9, occupies 29.03%; Spleen and kidney weakness have 8, occupies 25.81%.And the spleen and stomach bleeding resistance have 3, occupies 9.68%. Conclusion:1. The main syndromes of primary renal cell type is heat Accumulation, followed by spleen deficiency syndrome, disharmony and evidence and blood stasis and spleen and stomach. 2. The pathogenesis of renal cell carcinoma with kidney weakness main, in the course of kidney cancer, liver, spleen and other organs are closely related. 3. Survival and mortality in patients with renal cell carcinoma and effective treatment is closely, TCM treatment of kidney cancer is recommended to heat and dampness, and kidney and spleen of the law as the main treatment method, and we can try new methods rousing, in order to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of life and prolong survival.
