Observation Of Treatment Of Kidney Weakness And Phlegm Blocking Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Based On Method Of Tonify The Kidney Ang Regulating The Period Of Menses With Moxibustion

Objective:In this study, the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome based on Method of Tonify the Kidney ang Regulating the Period of menses with Moxibustion。With ovulation rate, pregnancy rate, combined with clinical medicine symptom score, the serum hormones LH, FSH, T level changes, BBT observed as the main indicators for assessing the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome based on Method of Tonify the Kidney ang Regulating the Period of menses with Moxibustion, and to explore its a major role in the mechanism and the main role of the site. Through the system, rigorous clinical observation and research, Chinese medicine treatment of PCOS to provide new and effective treatments.Methods:Would be 40 cases of patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups:one treatment group,20 patients with Method of Tonify the Kidney ang Regulating the Period of menses with Moxibustion treatment; control group,20 patients with Method of Tonify the Kidney ang Regulating the Period of menses. After two courses (one month to one cycle, three cycles for a course of treatment) TCM symptoms were observed before and after treatment, pregnancy situation, basal body temperature, in vivo changes in serum hormone levels, after scoring and statistical methods after treatment, comprehensive assessment of efficacy.Results:The treatment group and control group, the total effective rates were 80.0% and 70.0%, treatment group and control group, the pregnancy rate were 5.0% and 5.0%; treatment group and control group, the total efficiency and the pregnancy was no significant difference (P>0.05); two groups after treatment of serum LH, FSH, T was no significant difference (P>0.05); two groups of Chinese medicine in improving the symptoms there was no significant difference (P>0.05); treatment group and control group in improving the basal body temperature (BBT) types are significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion ovulation with kidney deficiency of the kidney Phlegm tune Zhou Fang-type polycystic ovary syndrome, can significantly improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine; to improve the function of ovulation.
