The Study Of Disease-location Characteristics And Basic Syndrome In Kidney System

After studied the syndrome characteristics of kidney system in disease-location, concept of basic syndrome, syndrome types, syndrome denomination, diagnostic information, as well as combined rules of syndrome differentiation, raising a special thinking model "syndrome differentiation from symptoms", the purpose of the research is to establish diagnostic system of kidney in five internal organs and improve standard diagnosis in clinic of Chinese Medicine.Based on ancient and latest documents and research advances related to kidney system, this article ascertains concept and physical function of kidney system, pathogenic features, etiology and pathogenesis of disease syndrome of kidney system. Studying and sorting a large number of medical cases and clinical reports involving about 2000 in hospitals and clinics are to standardize symptoms of syndrome in kidney system. And further study is to explain physical function of kidney system and discuss relationship between disease-location and laboratory ancillary tests by statistical analysis refer to symptoms above. Consulting 20 diagnosis experts is to standarlizes characteristics of disease-location and identities it.This paper is a standardized research, and it identifies that combination of single disease-location and disease property is basic syndrome, others are compound syndrome through statistic and frequency analysis of syndrome denomination, conception, syndrome terms, and clinical diagnostic information. This study also investigates nearly 2000 cases taken randomly from Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM, Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine and Changzhou Hospital of TCM in epidemiological aspect. After analyzed clinical information and diagnosis in the case with the assistant of SPSS software by the data with correspondence analysis, it is to seek symptoms which correlation coefficient is high. With reference to the statistical results and diagnostic information of the basic syndrome, like main symptom, secondary symptom, tongue appearances, pulse and laboratory and ancillary tests, it abstracts to syndrome differentiation factors. Consultation with 20 diagnosis experts, the rationality and essentiality of every syndrome differentiation factor, it establishes 10 basic syndromes according to the conception, physiology and pathology and finally, reaches a conclusion of the diagnostic criteria of 10 basic syndromes of kidney disease in syndrome types, conception and diagnostic information.In this paper, an extensive literature, clinical medical cases and experts' view and research methods towards disease-location features are studied in order to diagnose basic syndrome of kidney system partly by laboratory and ancillary tests. So that A, B, C, D, four categories of clinical information combine with synthetic basic syndrome, highlight the principle "syndrome differentiation from symptoms", penetrate the spirit of disease-location with disease property, and avoid the error "analyzing symptoms of syndrome".In accordance with the five internal organs system, disease-location and combined rules in kidney system, the study clarifies basic syndrome, raises that organic combination of basic syndrome in kidney system covering complicated syndromes in clinic. The conclusion reveals systemic and developmental syndrome differentiation, specificity and stability of syndrome, considering clinical thoughts, using qualification and quantitation methods, and makes effort of exploring standardized syndrome differentiation in kidney system.
