Analysis Of Curative Effect Of Distal Femoral Anatomical Locking Plate And 95 ° Angle Plate In The Treatment Of Distal Femoral Fracture

Purpose:To compare the clinical efficacy of the distal femur locking plate and 95°supracondylar blade plate.Methods:Analysing the effacacy of the distal femur locking plate(18 cases) and 95°(15 cases)supracondylar blade plate in the department of orthopedics ward during January 2013 to June 2014.Results:After statistics processing,33 patients with postoperative by 7 months,compared the group of 95°supracondylar blade plate,the group of the distal femur locking plate is better in the parts of operation time,amount of bleeding and the functional recovery of knee joint.the fracture healing time is relatively shorter,but it`s without statistical significance.Conclusion:Comparing with the group of 95°supracondylar blade plate,the group of distal femur locking plate is shorter in operation time,lesser blood loss in surgery and better recovery of knee function.In additon,distal femur locking plate is more suitable to the patient who with osteoporosis.
