Purpose： Explore Yurek Lin with eye needle treatment of acute cerebralinfarction clinical curative effect.Material and method：This test cases are all from October2012to May2012in shenyang military region general hospital during a neurology the inpatientward in hospital patients. Select50patients with acute cerebral infarction,with lateral strength between3-4, the patients according to the random groupingmethod is divided into the treatment group and control group. Treatment grouppatients in the acute phase of cerebral infarction on the basis of conventionaltreatment to Yurek Lin intravenous drip, and eye needle acupuncture therapy,acupuncture once a day. Control patients with cerebral infarction in acute stageregular treatment. Application NIHSS scale and nim evaluation method for thehorizon after a course of two groups of patients with nerve function defectsymptoms and TCM symptoms improve the situation.Results：1.
