| Objective: To evaluate Yi shen tong mai granule treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods: The treatment group and control group were randomized 2 parts, are 40 ses each, the treatment group started from the onset verdict, plus Yi shen tong mai granule, the control group treated only with the general routine. For weeks before treatment serum NSE and score of NIHSS and score of Barthel and evaluation. Results: The therapy group index such as curative effect,score of NIHSS,score of Barthel,NSE,and treatment group are obviously better than the control group. There were statistically significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion: The early use in patients with cerebral infarction Yi shen tong mai granule can reduce edema, protect neurons and promote recovery of neurological function and improve the patient’s capacity for independent living, to improve the prognosis, to improve the clinical efficacy has positive meaning. |
