Observation On Curative Effect Of Acupoint Application Of Chinese Medicine And

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicinal plaster on children pneumonia with wind-cold blocking the lung syndrome.Method:60patients will be randomly assigned to2groups:Chinese and western combined treatment group, western medicine control group. Each group has30patients. In the course of5-days treatment, the main clinical symptoms and signs were observed and indexes. Then the results of indexes were compared between2groups.Results:In the control group, the total effective rate was80%, the treatment group total effective rate was93.3%. Compare the total efficiency between the two groups, the P more than0.05. It proved that the in difference of the two groups has no statistical significance.The treatment group in cough, sputum and other symptoms improve curative effect is obviously superior to the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05); and in the fever, asthma symptoms and lung auscultation improvement no statistical difference (P>0.05). The adverse reaction of skin itching, redness, blisters, ulcers and other treatment group did not appear in the course of treatment.Conclusion:The acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicinal plaster combined with Western medicine treatment can improve the efficacy of the children pneumonia with wind-cold blocking the lung syndrome. It can be used as a new choice for clinical treatment of children with pneumonia.
