| Objective:To investigate the impact Pingxiao Dingchuan Zhike decoction Treated with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma Asthma patients heat, lung function and ACT scores, and explore Pingxiao Dingchuan Zhike decoction Treated with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma hot pant certificate mechanism to provide experimental evidence for the clinical treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma asthma heatMethods:60patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma Asthma hot met the inclusion criteria and were randomly assigned into two groups, the treatment group and the control group (30cases). The control group using conventional Western medicine, for oxygen therapy, antispasmodic, asthma with inhaled glucocorticoid therapy, phlegm, antibiotics; treatment group on the basis of the control group, plus Pingxiao Dingchuan Zhike decoction (per a day, morning and evening service); treatment for10days. Were observed between the two groups before and after treatment and changes in clinical signs and symptoms, lung function, ACT scores.Results:1. Clinical syndromes:the symptoms (cough, sputum, chest tightness, shortness of breath, wheezing) and symptoms (wheezing lungs) syndromes total score, treatment and control groups, respectively, compared with before treatment, the difference statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, symptom scores between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the treatment group cough, sputum, wheezing and wheezing symptom scores compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the treatment group cough, sputum, wheezing and wheezing symptom scores compared with the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). 2. lung function:the treatment group and the control group FEV1%predicted lung function after treatment%level, respectively, compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), after treatment were observed between the treatment group and control group lung function FEV1percentage of predicted value%difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).3. Pingxiao Dingchuan Zhike decoction combined conventional Western medicine can improve acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma Asthma patients hot overall clinical signs and symptoms, to improve the overall efficiency and improving cough, shortness of breath, wheezing has advantages.2. Pingxiao Dingchuan Zhike decoction combined conventional Western medicine can improve acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma Asthma patients hot ACT scores, improve patient quality of life in peacetime3.
