Objective:Patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma were treated with Sanzi Yangqin Decoction and Dingchuan Decoction combined with conventional western medicine.The changes of serum IL-4,IFN-γ,Cys LTs,and lung function were detected before and after treatment to explore Sanzi Yangqin Decoction and Dingchuan Decoction.The therapeutic effect of this decoction on patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma,and the therapeutic mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions was discussed from the aspect of inflammatory reaction.Methods:Selected patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma who were attended in the department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine,Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University from May 2019 to October 2020.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into conventional treatment group(the blank group,40 cases)and Sanzi Yangqin Decoction and Dingchuan Decoction combined with conventional treatment group(the therapy group,50cases).The clinical baseline data of the study population was obtained through the electronic medical record system,and the serum levels of IL-4,IFN-γ,and Cys LTs in the patients before and after treatment were detected by the ELISA method.By collecting clinical data,we compared the changes in lung function between the therapy group and the blank group of patients.Results:Compared with before treatment,the serum levels of IL-4and Cys LTs in the therapy group and the blank group were lower than before treatment,and the therapy group was lower than the blank group,the IFN-γlevel was higher than before,and the therapy group was higher than the blank group;the FEV1,FVC,and PEF levels of the therapy group and the blank group were higher than before,and the therapy group was higher than the blank group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sanzi Yangqin Decoction and Dingchuan Decoction have a significant effect on patients with mild and moderate bronchial asthma in acute exacerbation.It can improve the levels of FEV1,FVC and PEF in patients,significantly reduce the levels of IL-4 and Cys LTs in the patients’serum,and increase IFN-γLevel,this may be by reducing Th1/Th2 excursion and inhibiting the pathway of Cys LTs to inhibit the inflammatory response. |
