Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Senile Non - Small Cell Lung Cancer With Spleen Yishen, Huayu Sanjie Combined With Paclitaxel Liposomes

Objective:Observe clinical effect of Jianpi Wenshen Huayu Sanjie Recipe combined chemotherapy in the treatment of elderly advanced non small cell lung cancer patients,using the cancer objective efficiency, clinical symptoms, physical condition Karnofsky score, weight, cellular immune function and the side effects of chemotherapy for detecting indexes to evaluate the effect ofJianpi Wenshen Huayu Sanjie Recipe for treatment of elderly advanced non small cell lung cancer.Methods:Using a randomized controlled method,60definite Patients with elderly advanced non small cell lung cancer have been Assigned into two groups,30in the test group,30in the control group. Patients in the test group receive Chinese medicine combined chemotherapy, patients in the control group receive chemotherapy only.21days is a treatment course. They were observed for two treatment courses. Comparison of two groups of patients in the cancer objective efficiency, clinical symptoms, physical condition Karnofsky score, weight, cellular immune function and the side effects of chemotherapy and other aspects of the clinical benefits.Results:After treatment, the test group displayed more effective on ameliorating clinical symptoms, enhancing the physical strength (Karnofsky score), increasing body weight, improving cellular immune function and reducing the chemotherapy poisonous side reaction. There is few adverse effect of Jianpi Wenshen Huayu Sanjie Recipe, which deserve spreading its clinical application.
