Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Diarrhea - Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome With Spleen - Kidney - Yang Deficiency Syndrome By

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of gubenshengyang decoction to spleen-kidney yang deficiency of diarrhea IBS.Methods:60cases that meet the requirements of spleen-kidney yang deficiency of diarrhea IBS are randomly divided into two groups (treatment group and control group).the treatment group is given gubenshengyang decoction,the control group is given shenbeiguchang capsule,4weeks for a course of treatment, to observe the changes of the symptom scores and the curative effect before and after treatment,then have a comparison and analysis.Results:In the treatment group5cases recovered and10cases significantly improved,11cases improved.The total effective rate in the treatment group is86.67%.In the control group lease recovered and7cases significantly improved,14cases improved.The total effective rate in the treatment group is73.33%.There is significant difference of clinical efficacy between the two groups (P<0.05), suggesting that the clinical efficacy of gubenshengyang decoction to spleen-kidney yang deficiency of diarrhea IBS better than shenbeiguchang capsule.There is statistical significance of each individual symptom scores and total symptom scores differences before and after treatment (P<0.05),suggesting that the two groups can effectively improve the clinical syndrome of spleen-kidney yang deficiency of diarrhea IBS,There is statistical significance of integral comparison between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group better than the control group;There is no obvious adverse reaction in two groups of subjects before and after the treatment, the conventional biochemical tests, electrocardiogram and enteroscope examination results show no abnormal changes. Conclusion:The gubenshengyang decoction can effectively improve the clinical syndrome of spleen-kidney yang deficiency of diarrhea IBS. Compared with shenbeiguchang capsule,the curative effect of The gubenshengyang decoction is Prominent, which has good security.
