Objective: Vascular dementia of non-cognitive impairment (VCIND)patients to investigate the relationship between statistical patient’sgender, age, bad habits (smoking, drinking), vascular risk factors(hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia) and VCIND’s. While focusing onstatistics VCIND syndromes in patients suffering from vasculardistribution and risk factors (including hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia) in patients with syndromes distribution to analyze VCINDpathogenesis, prevention and treatment of clinical vascular dementiaprovide evidence.Materials and Methods: This study selected in January2013toJanuary2013and July Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University ofTraditional Chinese acupuncture, the Liaoning Provincial People’sHospital, Department of Neurology, Sujiatun acupuncture, convalescentpatients diagnosed with cerebral infarction as the research object.According to the inclusion criteria, select the age of50years and older;CDR score of0.5points; MoCA score <25points (≥12years of educationin those <26points, years of education <12years were <25points);MMSE score≥24points (≥17points illiterate, primary cultures≥20points, secondary or higher education≥24points); Hachinski>7points; HAMA <14points; large area cerebral infarction (infarctdiameter less than4.0cm), NHSS score less than15points ultimately VCIND240patients. Inclusion of patients on gender, age, bad habits (smoking, drinking), vascular risk factors (hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia) statistics. While focusing on statistics VCIND syndromespatients (spleen deficiency syndrome, phlegm Mongolia awakened card, network card stasis brain, blood deficiency syndrome, hyperactivity syndrome, bowel syndrome remain turbid stagnation, heat toxin syndrome)frequencies, and patients with vascular risk factors were syndromesstatistics. The collection of data using statistical software SPSS17.0descriptive statistics.Results:1Gender: male patients included144patients, female patients with atotal of96cases, male and female ratio of approximately1.5:1. Age:patients with onset between60-80years old centralized.Bad habits: Patients included male smokers were108cases, accountingfor75%of the total male drinkers were112cases, accounting for77.8%of the total male. The female patients smokers seven cases, accountingfor7.3%of women drinkers8cases (8.3%).2of156cases of patients with hypertension, the incidence of65.0%;lipid abnormalities in patients with a total of129cases, the incidencerate of53.8%; total of51cases of patients with diabetes, the incidencerate was21.3%. Suffering from a variety of vascular risk factors, hypertension and dyslipidemia in patients with a maximum of65people,accounting for27.1%; hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia patientsJieyou least18people,7.5%of the total.3syndrome distribution VCIND patients:. VCIND syndromes in patients withmore concentrated in the spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome, phlegmMongolia awakened card, network card stasis brain. Spleen deficiencysyndrome among161cases, accounting for66.7%of the number of; phlegmMongolia orifices permit142cases,58.5%of the total number;42.3%stasis brain network card101cases, the total number. And this includedthe patient’s symptoms mainly manifested as forgetful96cases,88casesof body weight tired limbs, dark red tongue68cases,42cases of bodytired fatigue, hair removal teeth loose40cases,62cases of tinnitus,Yaoxisuanruan54cases, etc., consistent with the distribution of syndromes.4patients with risk factors for vascular syndromes Distribution:hypertension syndrome frequency of up to89cases of spleen deficiencysyndrome, hyperactivity39cases; dyslipidemia in patients with phlegmMongolia orifices permit a maximum of73cases, followed by stasis for57cases of brain network card; diabetes spleen deficiency syndrome in41cases,36cases of phlegm Mongolia awakened card, network card24casesof cerebral stasis.65patients in hypertension and dyslipidemia, spleendeficiency syndrome were31cases,28cases of phlegm Mongolia awakenedcard, network card23cases of cerebral stasis; hypertension and diabetesin28patients, spleen deficiency deficiency type up to a total of19cases;diabetic dyslipidemia in41patients, most of the syndromes of phlegmMongolia awakened card30cases, followed by stasis syndrome were19casesof brain networks..Conclusion:1A type of vascular cognitive impairment without dementia with age, sex,bad habits and other factors, advanced age, male gender, and smoking anddrinking affect the occurrence of this disease.2vascular cognitive impairment without dementia highest incidence ofhypertension, followed by dyslipidemia, the lowest incidence of diabetes.3non-occurrence of vascular dementia and cognitive impairment are moreconcentrated in the spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome, phlegm andblood stasis syndrome Mongolia awakened brain network card. Clinicalsymptoms are realized as forgetfulness, tired limbs body weight, dark redtongue, body tired fatigue, hair removal teeth loose, tinnitus,Yaoxisuanruan, consistent with the distribution of syndromes.4non-demented patients with vascular cognitive impairment in patientswith hypertension are concentrated in the spleen and kidney deficiencysyndromes and Hyperactivity syndrome; dyslipidemia syndromes in patients concentrated in phlegm and blood stasis syndrome Mongolia awakened brainnetwork card; Syndrome, Diabetes Type concentrated in spleen and kidneydeficiency and phlegm Mongolia awakened card.5shows spleen and kidney deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis Mongolianawakened VCIND brain networks not only common but also vascular syndromesImportant risk factors syndromes, so patients in the clinical VCIND canof spleen and kidney, Phlegm Huayu Recipe from Face started to preventthe occurrence of vascular dementia.
