| Purpose:Evaluation of clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with massage recovery in hemiplegic patients with stroke hemiplegia, to explore the mechanism of acupuncture combined with massage in treating stroke.Material and method:The60patients with stroke into standard hemiplegia patients, male40cases, female20cases, were divided into treatment group and control group,30cases each group.The control group received routine drug treatment, rehabilitation and acupuncture therapy. Selecting acupoints:Baihui, Hegu, Quchi, shousanli, Yanglingquan, zusanli, fenglong, sanyinjiao.The treatment group was treated with routine drug treatment and rehabilitation therapy and acupuncture plus massage therapy, syndrome differentiation and treatment methods of corresponding, reinforcing and reducing. Each treatment30min. Once a day, for14consecutive days.Before and after treatment, respectively with TCM syndrome score, neurological deficit score, activities of daily living scale Barthel index, Fugl Meyer limb motor function score, neurological function assessment in patients before and after treatment and the activities of daily living ability improvement. After the score data using SPSS15.0statistical software for statistical processing, measurement data using t test, x2test with count data. Results P<0.05had statistical significance, there was significant difference, P<0.001is a very significant difference.Results:1after treatment of TCM syndrome score:the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than the scores before, before and after the treatment group had significant difference (P<0.001), after treatment between two groups had significant difference (P<0.05), there was statistical significance.Neural function defect score2:before and after treatment in two groups were significantly decreased (P<two group, with statistical significance;<0.001) between two groups after treatment score had significant difference (P<0.05).3patients ADL score:two groups before and after treatment there were significant differences of ADL (P<0.001), there was statistical significance. After treatment between two groups had significant difference (P<0.05). 4limb motor function score:two groups before and after treatment were significantly different (P<0.001), there was statistical significance. After treatment between the two groups had significant difference (P>0.05), with statistical significance.Conclusion:1acupuncture combined with massage of TCM symptoms can significantly improve the recovery of stroke hemiplegia patients.2acupuncture combined with massage can significantly improve the recovery of stroke hemiplegia patients daily life activity.3acupuncture combined with massage can significantly improve the recovery of stroke hemiplegia patients with nerve function defect degree.4acupuncture combined with massage can obviously increase the limb motor function recovery of stroke hemiplegia patients. |
