Clininal Observation On The Effect Of New Bobath Therapy Combined With Massage On The Recovery Of Upper Extremity Motor Function In Patients With Spastic Hemiplegia After Stroke

Objective: to observe the recovery of upper limb motor function in patients with upper limb spastic Hemiplegia after stroke by new Bobath therapy combined with massage and new Bobath therapy alone.To observe the effect of new Bobath therapy combined with massage on the rehabilitation of the upper limbs by using the muscle tension grade,the score of daily living ability and the score of upper limb motor function as the evaluation criteria,and to explore a better clinical effect for the limbs after stroke,low-cost rehabilitation program.Method: from January 2019 to January 2020,60 patients with upper limb spasm after stroke were enrolled in the rehabilitation ward of Department of Neurology at Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine.60 patients were divided into Treatment Group(N=30)and Control Group(N=30).Patients in each group were treated six times a week,once a day for four weeks without treatment on Sunday.The improved MAS grade,improved BI index and simplified FMA were used to evaluate the patients’ limb movement ability before and after treatment.After 4weeks of treatment,the improvement of upper limb spasticity,the ability of daily living and the motor function of upper limb were observed.SPSS20.0 software for statistical analysis of data.Results: 1.After treatment,according to the modified Ashworth scale,there was a significant difference in muscular tension between the two groups(p=0.002<0.05);2.According to the simplified Fugl-Meyer scale,the muscle tension of the two groups was compared,the difference of FMA scores before and after treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05),after treatment,the difference of Bi score between the two groups was statistically significant(p< 0.05).4.After treatment,the overall effect of the treatment groups was better than the control group.Conclusion: With the routine treatment unchanged,the new Bobath therapy combined with massage rehabilitation training can promote the reduction of upper limb spasmodic muscle tone,the improvement of daily living ability and the recovery of upper limb spasmodic motor ability more effectively than the new Bobath therapy alone.
