The proportion reached 20%-30%, so it attaches great importance to the treatment of the disease. The treatment of western medicine about this disease has not yet found that special treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic kidney disease has certain characteristics and advantages, so it is necessary to study traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic kidney disease (CKD)This thesis mainly divided into literature review and clinical research of two parts. Literature review part mainly summarizes and discusses the ancient and modern chinese medicine expert understanding of occult glomerulonephritis and the treatment experience. Clinical research samples from Professor Lv Renhe and 12th Five Year Plan support topics,staging with standard of chronic kidney disease stage,as the "three type four syndrome" of dialectical method,Professor Lv "Shenluozhengjia" theory as the instruction, With Yishenbuxu,Tongluosanjie Treatment cohort study of early and mid chronic kidney disease,explore this method in the glomerular filtration rate, urine erythrocyte, traditional Chinese medicine control aspects of the syndrome is valid.(The main drugs of the prescription:shengzhihuangqi,danggui,nvzhenzi,shengdihuang,chuanniuxi,danshen,danpi,chu anshanlong,zelan,shiwei,xianhecao,sanqifen).Randomly selected 30 patients with occult glomerulonephritis, named exposure group,and the non-exposed group.30 cases in exposure group taking this herb tea,the non-exposed group choose everything except the drug.After 6 months,observe the glomerular filtration rate, urine erythrocyte and TCM syndrome integral to improve the situation. Finally, testing the data by SPSS 17.0 data processing.Results:1. Exposure group 6 months after treatment was glomerular filtration rate compared with into group of glomerular filtration rate is on the rise, the difference was statistically significant. (P=0.031<0.05)。 2. Exposure group before and after the treatment of urinary red blood cell number is on the decline, the difference was statistically significant (P=0.000<0.05). 3. Exposure group routine urine red blood cells after treatment efficacy of total effective rate was higher than non exposed group (83.4%>23.4%) 4. Exposure group syndromes after treatment significantly reduced integration,compared with pre-treatment difference was statistically significant(P=0.002<0.05).Conclusions:1.Yishenbuxu,tongluosanjie method can effectively improve patient glomerular filtration rate and kidney function. 2. Yishenbuxu,tongluosanjie method can effectively reduce the routine urine urine red blood cell count.. 3. Yishenbuxu,tongluosanjie method can effectively Improve the patients’ clinical symptoms and improve the patients quality of life. 4.
